Salon Policies
Cancellations: We kindly ask that you cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in the loss of any deposit paid.

Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. A 15-minute grace period is provided. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in your appointment being canceled to avoid disrupting other scheduled clients. Any deposit paid will be non-refundable.

No-Shows: Appointments that are missed without notice will be considered a no-show. Any deposit paid will be non-refundable and cannot be transferred to a future appointment.
Booking & Rescheduling
When booking online, a 25% deposit is required for services priced at $50 or more. The deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service, with the remaining balance due at your appointment.
Deposits are refundable or transferable when an appointment is canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, arrivals more than 15 minutes late that result in cancellation, and no-shows will result in the loss of the deposit.
